Emotional Well-Being of University Students
Academic stress, family expectation, self-doubt and anxiety rarely arrive one at a time. SehatYab's student programme gives you a licensed clinical psychologist by video, audio or text chat, at student rates, at times that fit around a timetable instead of fighting it.
SehatYab is a registered online mental health clinic (Punjab Healthcare Commission, since 2016) · ★ 4.8 on Google, 500+ reviews
Emotional issues of students are unique
Four pressures come up in almost every student session: academic stress and burnout, unrealistic parental expectations, self-confidence issues with procrastination and perfectionism, and anxiety and depression. They are rarely separate problems. More often they are one problem wearing four faces, which is why a student can feel that everything is wrong at once.
The pattern is recognisable. You sit down to start an assignment, open the file, and three hours disappear. That is not poor time management; it is what avoidance looks like when a task has become frightening. Underneath it sits an expectation you cannot renegotiate and a standard you cannot meet, and underneath that, low mood or anxiety that nobody has named because every student is tired.

Why to consult online?
Online counselling offers flexibility, privacy and accessibility. Many students hesitate to seek help because of stigma or time constraints, and online therapy removes both: you can get professional support without leaving your room and without rearranging your week around one appointment. Walking into a campus counselling office means being seen walking into it, and on a campus where half your social circle is in the same three buildings, that is often the difference between getting help and not getting it. It also matters that most universities outside the largest cities have no qualified clinical psychologist nearby at all, which makes online the care rather than an alternative to it.
