Frequently Asked Questions
Which package is right for me?
If your anxiety is mild and recent, the Management Package is a great starting point. If you’ve been struggling for weeks or months with noticeable life impact, the Recovery Package offers deeper support. For chronic, severe, or recurring anxiety, the Restoration Package provides the most comprehensive treatment pathway.
What is the GAD-7 and why is it used?
The Generalised Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) is a clinically validated 7-item questionnaire used to screen for and measure the severity of generalised anxiety disorder. It helps us track your progress objectively throughout therapy.
What is CBT and how does it help with anxiety?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is the most evidence-based psychological treatment for anxiety. It works by helping you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours that maintain anxiety — replacing them with healthier, more adaptive responses.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions can typically be rescheduled within the package validity period. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice where possible to allow us to reallocate the appointment time.
Can I upgrade to a higher package later?
Yes. If you complete the Management Package and feel you would benefit from more in-depth work, we can discuss upgrading to the Recovery or Restoration Package, with credit applied where appropriate.
