Ms. Maryam Khan
(Clinical Psychologist)
Ms. Maryam Khan is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over nine years of diverse experience in both the medical and social sector. She has provided psychological care to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), obsessive thoughts (OCD), psycho-sexual issues,personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
Maryam’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution- focused therapy,Person-centered therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Play Therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She is known for her compassionate, non-judgmental style and her ability to connect deeply with clients across a wide range of psychological concerns, including relationship difficulties, marital issues,parenting stress, suicidal tendencies, anger management, grief,loss,work-life stress, career counselling and emotional burnout.
With a strong academic foundation from QAU Islamabad and international certifications, she also serves as a mentor to civil servants at both federal and provincial levels, making her well-versed in handling high-stakes professional stress.

If you feel these feelings of anger interfere with daily activities, are difficult to control, are out of proportion to the actual danger, and you may avoid places or situations to prevent these feelings, the group can help.
